The Fairfax Art Walk is happening this Saturday April 10th between 6pm - 11pm. Visit the newly opened galleries in the Fairfax Village District between Melrose & Beverly Ave. Artlanow Member Norm Maxwell's Gallery at 430 N. Fairfax is one of the organizers.
Artlanow Member Katina Desmond is exhibiting 28 new works in "Origins + Intersections" at the Brand Library Art Galleries, 1601 W. Mountain Ave. Glendale, CA 91201 from April 10 - May 14. Opening reception Sat, April 10th from 6pm - 9pm.
Artlanow Member Louis Jacinto has an exhibition of work in a group show: "Art Within Reach" at Urban Sanctuary Gallery, 2026 E. 1st Street Los Angeles, 90013 CA from April 10 - May 6, 2010. Opening reception April 10 5pm - 9pm.

Artlanow Member Norm Maxwell has work in a special exhibition that pays tribute to Jazz legend Thelonious Monk. The show "The High Priest of Bop" runs from March 13 - June 26, 2010 at the William Grant Still Arts Center, 2520 S. Westview St. Los Angeles, CA 90016.
